Low Battery Report

Low Battery Report

When a device’s battery has <20% charge remaining, Device Management will create an alert on the Dashboard. The device will be listed in the Low Battery report and Device Management > Devices > Device Tray > Alert History tab until the low battery alert is no longer detected. The Low Battery report provides details about the battery charge including:
  1. Device Name
  2. Serial Number
  3. % Charge Remaining
  4. Remaining Capacity
  5. Battery Cycle Count (number of times the battery has been discharged/recharged)
  6. AC/DC Mode (last known device charging status)
  7. Battery Condition
  8. Device Group
  9. Date the alert was detected
Notes
IT Admin can change the low battery threshold under Policy Management > Feature Settings > Feature > Configure Alerts > Low Battery.
