When a scheduled application deployment is unsuccessful, Device Management creates an alert and lists the device both in the OTA Deployment report, and in the Alert History tab until the alert is no longer detected.
To view OTA deployment report, go to the left pane and select Reports > OTA Deployment. You can also view this information in Device Management > Devices > Device Tray > Alert History tab.
The OTA Deployment report provides details about the storage capacity including:
- Device Name
- Serial Number
- Application Type
- Application Name
- Version
- Size
- Deployed on
- Status
- Date the alert was detected
