Low Storage Report
When a device’s storage is nearing capacity (<5% remaining), Device Management will create an alert on the Dashboard. The device will be listed in the Storage report and Device Management > Devices > Device Details > Alert History tab until the max capacity alert is no longer detected. The Storage report provides details about the storage capacity including:
- Device Name
- Serial Number
- Storage Size
- Storage Used
- Storage Free
- Device Group
- Date the alert was detected
IT Admin can change the low storage threshold under Policy Management > Feature Settings > Feature > Configure Alerts > Storage.
