Viewing Activity History

The Activity History provides a comprehensive log of key actions and events within the system. This includes device state changes, user additions or removals, device removals, device name changes, and other similar events.

Select Activity History from the left panel. The list of actions and events is displayed.

Using Advanced Filters

This feature allows you to filter information by device, user, or organization, as well as by a specific time period. 
To filter the log:
  1. Click the Advanced Filters button on the top right corner
  2. In the popup window select a Period or keep No filter.
  3. Select a Category or keep All.
  4. Click Apply.

Exporting a Report

To export all entries, click the Export all button.
To export specific entries, select the check boxes next to the entries you want to export, then click the Export selected button.
A pop-up window appears. Click Yes, then save the .CSV file to your computer.
