Configuring Email Notifications
Daily Email Notifications on Fleet
The portal sends daily email reports summarizing issues reported on the Dashboard to all users enrolled in your organization. By default, the Daily Email Summary report is enabled.
To change the configuration of email notifications, click the small down arrow next to your user icon and select Preferences. Use the toggle button to enable or disable the Daily Email Summary report.
Email Notifications
To set up Email Notifications when various issues are reported by Device Insights:
Navigate to Device Insights > Configration > Email Notifications.
Click Add Rule
Fill out the configuration for the intended error type to trigger email such as BSOD.
Select the Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) error type you want to receive notofications for:
- Select the target devices for this rule - either your entire fleet or specific groups using labels.
This could be useful if you want one team member to be notified of issues for a certain group they are responsible for.
Specify which users should receive these alerts.
Set the alert threshold: either a specific number of affected devices or a percentage.
