Setting Up User Preferences

To access this feature, click on the small down arrow to the right of your user icon and select Preferences.

Settings Tab

The Settings tab allows you to customize your settings. Here, you can:
  1. Language: Select your preferred language from the drop-down list.
  2. Daily Email Summary: Use the toggle button to enable or disable daily snapshots of the previous day's issues.
  3. System Maintenance Notifications: : receive timely notifications about system downtime to stay informed about service interruptions.
    Notification subscription process:
    1. Enable the System Maintenance Notifications toggle.
    2. Verify your email address using the verification email you receive.
    3. Once verification is complete, your email address is added to the LDO Status Page subscriber list. You will then receive email notifications whenever a status update is posted.
    4. To unsubscribe, disable the toggle.
