System Update Status Report

This report provides information on system updates for devices across the entire organization.
Info
System Update information will be available only if the System Update feature is enabled.
To generate a report, click Reports > System Update Status. The list of updates and related information is displayed. 

Generating and Exporting Reports

You can export the complete list of system updates along with device details. Alternatively, refine your report using the options described below.

Applying Filters

  1. Enter a date range.
  2. Make a search using the Search box. You can search by any field.
  3. Combine both: enter a date range and enter any parameter in the Search box.

Exporting Reports

  1. Click on the Export button on the top right corner of the page to generate a .CSV file. 
  2. In the pop-up window, click the Export button.
  3. Click the Notifications icon .
  4. Click Download report to download the file.
