Getting Started with LDO

Getting Started with LDO

Overview

As the demand for more devices increases and the shift to the cloud accelerates, LDO offers a flexible, scalable solution for managing endpoints and applications across Lenovo Windows, Linux, and Android devices. Organizations can easily customize LDO features and integrate partner services using a simple wizard—without the need for additional development resources.

As an IT Manager or Analyst, you now have enhanced tools at your disposal to proactively monitor device health and manage applications—helping you address potential issues before they affect the employee experience.

Getting Started

Your Lenovo Account Representative will initiate the creation of your organization’s tenant. Once the tenant is set up, the designated IT Owner will receive an email from LDO indicating that the account has been created.

To begin the setup process, follow the link provided in the email to access the LDO portal sign-on page. You will need to create a Lenovo ID if you don’t already have one, in order to log in.

Once inside the portal, the following resources will help you get started quickly:
  1. Managing Devices - Devices Page
  2. Managing Devices - Device Details Page
  3. Onboarding Windows Devices
  4. Onboarding Android Devices
  5. Onboarding Linux Devices
