Editing Your Profile

To access your profile, click on the small down arrow to the right of your user icon and select My Profile.


Information tab

Photo
Depending on your organization’s policy, the software allows you to add an avatar or picture for easier visual identification throughout the portal.

Information
  1. First Name and Last Name: Your first and last name serve as your identification within the portal. Other users will recognize you by the name you provide here. This identification is used only within the portal and will not be downloaded or transferred to other applications.
  2. Role: shows your current role in the organization.
  3. Contact: shows your current email. 

Editing the Information Tab

Click the Edit button in the top right corner of the page. You can then:
  1. Add a photo or avatar: click the pencil icon, drag and drop a file into the designated area or click Upload Image, then click Save.
  2. Edit your first and last name: make the necessary changes, then click Save.

Security Tab

This tab allows you to set up Microsoft Two-Step Verification and reset it if you change your phone. 

To enable Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), simply slide the button to the right.
