Removing an Application

To delete one or more applications:
  1. Navigate to App Management > Apps page. Select the checkbox next to the application(s) you want to delete from the portal.
  2. Click on the Delete button.
  3. Click Yes in the confirmation pop-up to delete the application or Cancel to go back to the App list.
Notes
Deleting an application from the Device Management portal does not delete it from devices it was previously deployed to. 

Uninstalling an Application from Device(s)

To uninstall an application from a device: 
  1. From the Device Management > Devices page, click on any device to open the Device Tray. 
  2. Select the Apps tab. 
  3. On the Apps page, select the application(s).
  4. Click on the toggle switch under the Status column.
  5. The application will be uninstalled automatically, and the action will be recorded under the Activity History tab
Notes
The uninstalled app will remain in the Apps listing for the device for future reference.
