Lenovo Device Orchestration can be bundled with various Digital Experience Management (DEX) solutions. Currently, LDO supports integration with SysTrack by Lakeside Software.
Integrations with SysTrack
The LDO DEX (SysTrack) bundled solution includes the following out-of-the-box integrations to streamline your onboarding experience:
- Single Sign On Parity
When you acquire licensing for LDO DEX, you gain access to an LDO portal linked to a SysTrack portal. This setup supports the same SSO capabilities available to any other LDO organization.
By default, users sign in to LDO using a Lenovo ID, but you can configure an alternate SSO provider (e.g., Entra ID, Okta, Ping) at any time. The same user authentication for LDO sets a browser cookie that enables seamless access to SysTrack without requiring a separate login.
- User Onboarding
When users are added to LDO, they are also added to the linked SysTrack portal.
- Device Management
- Onboarding - When devices are onboarded to LDO, they are also automatically onboarded to SysTrack (with the exception of ChromeOS devices).
- Labeling - When labels are applied to devices or device groups from the LDO > Device Management page, they are applied to device groups in SysTrack portal.
- Licensing - When a device is unlicensed in LDO, the SysTrack agent is removed from the device.
- Device removal from portal - When a device is removed from the LDO solution, the SysTrack agent is also removed from the device.
- Device Uninstall - When the LDO Agent (UDC - Universal Device Client) is uninstalled from the device, the SysTrack agent is also uninstalled from the device.
